Cant Fill Tahoe

I have a 2005 Tahoe LT 5.3L with a real head scratcher of an issue. I am unable to fill the truck with fuel. The pump will go for about 1.3 gallons before clicking off and spewing fuel out of the filler tube. I've tried all positions and speeds to resolve the issue. I've already replaced the Vent Solenoid, Purge Valve, Charcoal Canister and blew out all the lines connected to it due to the fact that they were full of charcoal bits. The lines are clear. Upon going to the station after cleaning the lines and replacing the parts the tank filled and clicked off at 1.3 gallons and spewed gasoline back out at me. I do not have a check engine light of any sort and the truck runs and drives like normal. I just cant fill it. I hope you guys and gals can shed some light on the situation, I've scheduled an appointment at the dealer for Monday but am trying to avoid it.

They are going to drop the tank and inspect. That is what needs to be done. Check tank, fill tube and any vent hoses.

I have the same problem on my 2005. Have also done all the same things, no luck. Let us know what you find out.

If you notice he asked last year and had only 5 posts when he did. Now he likely has it fixed and doesn't give a **** about sharing what may have fixed the problem. Typical of lots of posters (posers) on here.
