Great forum! Thanks to all those who keep it going.
I just bought my first Chevy since the 80's. It's a Black 05 Tahoe Z71. It was pulling right when I test drove it, but the price was right and I've been fixing my own cars since that 68 Camaro - wish I never sold that one. Got it home and went right to the right front brake. It looked and smelled normal. Then I saw that the upper control arm was missing the rear nut and one camber plate! Luckily the bolt was still there. My question is - how do I set the new plate initially before I have a chance to get it to the alinement shop? The upper front bolt and plates are fine, can I simply copy that setting? Thanks
