I have an '06 Tahoe with the OEM 20" rims, and the tires are finally shot. My tires are P275/55 R20, and I was debating on getting the Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revos since I had Revos on my F150 and I loved them. However, I forgot if they were loud or not, and I don't want something that's loud in the Tahoe since we mainly use it for long family trips. I live in Wisconsin, so I need a good tire for the winter/summer. Can anyone recommend a tire, or recommend the Revo? Thanks

I haven't driven with the Duelers before, but if you are looking for a very smooth and quiet ride I highly recommend BF Goodrich Long Trail T/A Tour tires. The tires are rated for 60k miles.

I was in the same boat as you - looking for a quiet ride, but something that would also get around well in rain, snow, etc. I had GY Wranglers on mine and they were awfully loud and rode horrible.

Very pleased with the BFGs on my Tahoe, just make sure you get the Tour tires which have conventional tread. Super quiet tires and ride great.

For mainly on-road use, I am really happy with the Cooper Discoverer H/T. They are not very expensive, seem to be wearing well and are very quiet and comfortable on the road.
