Hello everyone i am new here and this is my first post.
My vehicle is a 2007 Tahoe LT. 112000 on it and i just got it a month ago. First time tahoe owner here.
Well im having only one issue with it. So while im driving it the battery voltage fluctuates from above 14 to below 14 the whole time im driving. at night the lights get bright and go dim then bright the whole time. The Service battery charging system only comes on for like 20 seconds at random then goes away ive hooked it up to a tester and it tells me the alternator and battery both are fine. Could the alternator be on its way out or something else. i have a trip from montana to texas coming up and i would like to have this fixed before then. (2 months away)
