Hope someone can help. I think my e-brake seized and I can't get it loose. IO had to drive 200 miles on it to get back to work after Labor Day. I tried stepping on and then releasing the brake a few times but nogo. It didn't pop on the ride either.

It's noticeably dragging, and I can feel the left back wheel completely lock up and the tire screeches when taking a slow tight turn.

Any advice? Ideas? Want to keep it cheap if possible.

jack up the rear put in neutral and see which wheels are locked. have someone engage/disengage e-brake to see if cables are moving freely. if they or 1 isnt, try to pull back on the frozen cable to loosen brakes. once thats done, remove drum and relace bad cable(s). good luck.
