My 2007 Yukon has 2400 miles. It idles at 600 RPM. The problem started two days ago. When sitting in PARK, or if I'm at a stop light and after just starting the vehicle, or after 30 mins of driving the problem continues to occur. The Yukon sputters/bogs, the rpm's dip 100-200 rpms, then comes righ back up to 600 rpms. The timing is sporadic. It can happen every 15, 30, or 45 seconds. I do not notice any difference when cruising at regular speeds, at 30 or 65 MPH. And there have been a couple of times when I go to accelerate form a stop, it bogs, but once I get over 1k rpm, its fine. Problem occurs with the AC on or off.
also to note: this morning as I jumped onto the freeway, I accelerated pretty hard to get around a vehicle. The stabilitrack light came on, quickly turned off, and the check engine light came on for about 10 seconds. So I checked the gas cap, it was good, but I unscrewed and screwed it back on.
Any help would be appreciated.
