Blower Motor?

I have a 99 Tahoe that used to be a police Tahoe. I have had my A/C serviced and wanted to know why my rear A/C wasn't working. The dealership told me there was no blower motor in the rear. I have opened it up and yes it is gone. Guess they were not concerned for the people in the back. Anyways my question is, Can you replace the rear with a blower motor for the front? The one from autozone for the rear does not have a wheel on it. Or the plug to plug it in when the one from the front does.
