Black GMC grille emblem

Just looking for any one who has a black GMC grille emblem and know where to get one. Preferably all black, but atleast black where the red is now on the emblem. Thanks

I think most people here just paint theirs. There are several threads on it if you search for it.

Hi. You’ll have to talk to the dealer, GM cancelled all liscensing on emblems a year ago so no authorized aftermarket GM emblems are available now. I would suggest a factory GMC emblem and have it painted locally or something similar...

I did my emblem on my 02 Tahoe, took a little over and hr, some adhesion promoter, some gloss black and some clear coat on the top,(all from auto zone for around 15 bucks), and it looks great.


from what i hear the emblems on those grills arent that hard to get off. the most time consuming part of mine was simply waiting on the paint to dry....
