Bad Catalytic Converter Rattle... I Think

On my 2003 Chevy Tahoe, I have A really Bad Catalytic Converter Rattle... You can hear it if you give a little bit of gas... almost just a little bit above idle. Has anyone Encountered this problem? And I'm starting to think it's not the Catalytic Converter... Maybe something else.....?

More than likely it is not the system....maybe a loose connection.....the check engine light would come on if an issue.
