I am interested in possibly finding a board member with a 5.3L Tahoe that might have either Borla or Magnaflow exhaust so that I can listen to your truck.
I am very interested in going to an aftermarket exhaust, but I do not want to increase the noise level in the truck. I understand that on any truck, when you punch it, you'll get some resonance, but for the most part, I want the sound to be a deep, rich rumble outside the vehicle but not inside.
Flowmaster is good, but I think many people want to hear the truck and that is not my objective. My neighbor has Magnaflow's on his Nissan Titan and it's too loud for my taste. I can hear his truck noise coming down through my chimney stack.
So, I'm looking and researching still.
