I have a 99 two door in mint condition that I have currently torn the engine down in to do some motor work. On the way back up though I wanted to paint the heads and replace the valve covers with something cool (edelbrock, holley, moroso, mickey thompson, etc.) But I can't seem to find ANYTHING to fit this motor. Does anyone know where to look? I've check with local part houses, jcwhit, summit, jegs. Stock heads and mounting.

I see gobs of them at ebay. What is it about your engine that when you check with the ones on your list that they say will not fit your engine?

Either the bolt pattern is incorrect, or the service holes (breather, PCV, and oil fill) are in the wrong location. I would rather not have make modifications if I don't have to.

Did you look at ebay?

I did, and I hate to be super picky but I was looking for something in black with the old school look of having the embossed brand name/logo. I can always paint them if I need to, but the only ones on eBay that I have found are the chrome trans-dapt ones. I'm not the best at surfing eBay though. Was kinda hoping someone knew a manufacturer off the top of their head.

You have already listed all the other manufacturers that I would have thought about. Did you look at any local parts stores in their performance catalogs?

Thanks for the help guys. I like the black a lot. Just got a call from the machine shop though and both heads are cracked @ 140,000 miles. Need to source new heads. I'm going to make a new thread right quick though as I have some questions.
