Anyone have a trick to adjusting the headlights on the Hoes?
I recently put HIDs in and started messing with the headlight adjustments.
Now the inside (side towards high beam, or side towards bowtie) of the driver side headlight assembly is sticking out from the grille about 1/2"
It seems to be adjusted fine from the drivers seat. But man, it does not look right with the driver side sticking out past the grille.

The passenger side I did mess with, but very minor adjustments....

I did check to make sure the bulb is properly seated into the headlight.

Does the headlight beams cross eachother. Say the driver side beam crosses over to the passenger side? Or are they set for straight ahead?

M M I just had mine aimed not long after I got my truck because I started dicking with em and screwed em up. With mine, it does seem that the driver side kinda aims toward the passenger side a little bit, I was noticing that on the way home last night. They are both level, up and down, but the driver's side seems to aim toward the pass side slightly. Im assuming this is correct, the dealership aimed them. Perhaps someone else can give us a little more insight. I would like to know myself, because I personally dont like it

They may not have even adjusted left-right. In the United States there are no regulations governing horizontal aim - and actually many cars don't even come with the ability to adjust it. Though most modern cars have the adjustment, because in Europe they DO regulate it.

I've heard of some people always aiming the driver's side slightly to the right just out of courtesy to on-coming traffic. That could have been what happened in your case.

you are completely wrong on your statement! there are LAWS that require you to have the lights aimed properly and the left side CANNOT be straight ahead( that makes you THAT a$$hole to other drivers) if you're going to get your headlights aimed do it LEGALLY!!!!!
