ABS Sensor Needs Cleaning

I have read a few posts about ABS locking up at slow speeds and I'm having the same issues. I had my brakes fully replaced about a year ago, and next step from what I gather is to clean the ABS Sensor. Many of you have said this is easy, please give me some advice to jump in and tackle this job.

i had to replace my wheel speed sensors when this happened to me they were able to clean and reprogram one of em but the other coundnt be reprogrammed and had to be replaced i had this mdone at a chevy dealership cuz a local shop wanted to replace my entire abs system......whoa
