Okay, I know already that simple wheel spacers are a really bad idea- multiplying leverage on the lugs, the nuts are farther out on the stud, ect. But what about those adaptors that bolt to the hub first and then have a new set of studs, are those okay? Seems like they would be a lot better, but don't know if they're good enough. When I lift my truck, I may want to keep my Z71 wheels, I know but I actually like the way they look, they're Z71 specific, and they decrease the chance of theft. So even if I put 33x12.50s on it, it still probably won't stick out as much as I want, like 1" rather than 2. Anybody know about these? Opinions please. Thanks.
