I have an '07 Tahoe LTZ and for the last few weeks it makes a slight ping noise when you shake the truck. Let me explain.
When I get in it first thing in the morning and I open any door or sometimes not until I sit down (shake the truck) I hear a ping.
(At first I thought it was the door, but it's any door so I'm guessing it's the suspension.)
It's only when it's been sitting for hours, so taking it to the dealer would be futile since it will have to sit overnight just for them to open the door and say they couldn't hear it (to the tune of $100).
Has anyone ever had this problem or have any suggestions?
