OK, I need some help. What are all the items that can shut off the a/c compressor? I know of the clutch cycling pressure switch, I jumped it but compressor will only come on for 1 sec, then shut off. Is there a high pressure switch? Is there a liquid high level freon switch somewhere? Is there logic in the a/c controller that won't allow the compressor to come on? It is 90F and humid in southwest Louisiana. I want to jump each switch one at a time to find the culprit. Thanks ahead of time.

No, I am not sure. However, a low freon situation would normally have the clutch cycling switch come into play. I jumped this switch, the compressor comes on for a short second, then immediately shuts off. Something else is causing the compressor clutch to de-energize. I am looking for a complete list of switches (or software logic) to locate the problem. I know I can tap in an outside 12v to the coil, but that is bypassing all of the switches. BTW, the compressor does spin with a direct connection.
