98 chevy tahoe help please

I have a 98 chevy Tahoe 5.7 vortex 2 wheel drive I put a 99 5.7 build transmission that was rebuilt put a new torque converter everything bolted up fine but out dextron6 trans fluid 11.5 quarts all wires hooked up like the should be. Vehicle Will not move at all it's like the computer doesn't recognize the transmission any help on diagnoses would be greatly appreciated
