It's difficult to suggest anything when all the information you give is that it won't start.
What are the symptoms when it won't start?
Does the engine crank over normally?
Does it crank more slowly when it won't start?
Does it sound like it wants to start but doesn't quite fire?
Does it sound different when it doesn't start?
Do you notice any different smells on those days?
Did it have this problem before you did the tune-up?
Did you replace the cap and rotor when you tuned it up?

redhat could be right about the dizzy cap having moisture in it. But that usually only happens if yo get water sprayed directly on the distributor. And will affect it even in good weather.

I think i have this problem after i tune-up. (after 1month)
and i replaced cap, rotor, sparkplugs, wires, airfilter(K&N)
and there is holes at muffler. I'm gonna replace anyway.

OMG, let's not get crazy here. For the cost of living down there the poor guy could buy a whole new truck and still be better of financially.

I'll take my crystal ball out here and guess that the battery terminals were not snugged good after the tune up and the charge has finally dwindled.

Could be the starter is getting weak, or loose battery cables like Rick90467 stated, or the battery could be getting weak. Or the alternator could be going out. How much slower does it crank over when it's acting up? If the engine doesn't crank over fast enough it won't start. Check on those things and check back with what you found.

and battery is 2 month old, i replaced optima red top battery
i check volts meter when it start, usually 14volts to 15 volts
that means alternator is fine right?

The next time you can get it started, drive it to an auto parts store. Most of them can connect a diagnostic tool up to the vehicle and test the components with them on the truck. Just make sure that you keep the engine running when you go into the store. You might want to call them ahead of time and see if they offer this service. Most of them do not charge for this since they figure that if something is bad you will purchase the replacement part from them.
