96 Vortec Tahoe Plz help!!!!

1996 Vortec 350 is missing when drving. I just did the plugs. wires are still good. NGK G power plugs and MSD wires. I cleaned the MFS and change out the air filter as well. Im going to do the oil Monday myself. When I push down on the gas at 2000 RPM's the motor sounds stressed and has a hard time getting to 2500 RPM's. It shifts fine when I let up a bet on the gas. Starts every time even after sitting 24 hours. Lack of power you could say. Plz help Iv been fighting this for a while and dont trust any shops around here. THANK YOU.

i would suspect somthing is wrong with dist. cap maybe timing as well get that stuff checked out.
