3rd row?

Is it possible if I have a 2 row seated tahoe, & install a 3rd row later? What would I need to do for this?

I was told by my salesman that the 3rd row seat brackets are not installed unless you order it with a 3rd row seat option. I added it for resale and the 3rd row is in the attic. Just extra weight if you don't plan on using them and takes up space. I was told that resale is significantly impacted if you don't have the 3rd row at tradin.
