20x8.5 with 275/55-20 or 285/50-20?

Wife's got an 06 Tahoe and we picked up some 20X8.5 MB Motoring Gunner wheels. Need a tire size recommendation...

275/55-20 (OEM size for new GM vehicles)

285/50-20 (TireRack recommendation and closest to stock diameter)

What's the boards recommendation?

I think the 285/50 might look a little better, plus a bonus if it's closer to the stock size diameter.
