I have a 2016 Tahoe. Just after turning over 37,000 miles the antenna stopped working. I had a new one installed at a Chevy dealer and they did a good job. No complaints with the dealer but I had to pay $338. to replace the defective antenna because the warranty expired at 36,000 miles. According to information I have seen there have been numerous antenna problems including a recall previous models.
Wasted a little time with Customer Care and got a little sympathy.
I want to congratulate the GM engineering dept for their expertise in designing an antenna that will fail as soon as the warranty expires. Makes you want to believe in planned obsolescence.
