2013 Z71 Tahoe Engine LMG

Hi,
I purchased a Z71 Tahoe recently. I was told all Tahoes that are 4X4 have the Aluminum Block. When I checked the build specs in glove box shows LMG, which I believe to be the Iron Block. Can anyone advise, the Vin does show the 0 for engine, which would make sense that it is the LMG Iron Block. I know that LC9 is the Aluminum Block, which I did not see denoted anywhere.

Do the vehicles have a Transmission and Oil Cooler as well. Thanks in Advance.

LMG is iron block, aluminum heads, which is what I have in my 2013 Tahoe.
I have the aux coolers too but forget the RPO code.

Take a picture of your service parts identification tag in you glove box and post it. All the RPO codes can be decoded for you.

Thanks Amtronic!!! I don't understand why the Tahoe is using such an archaic engine block material.
