2012 - Rear Wiper Arm Washer Nozzle

Hello guys,

I have noticed that the washer nozzle on my rear wiper is missing so the nut is exposed on my 2012 Tahoe.

Is the washer nozzle part of the rear wiper arm or is this something that I can purchase separately without having to buy the entire wiper arm?

For more detail, see the pic below. The piece I am talking about, is just above the chevrolet bowtie and is where the wiper arm meets the "pivot"area. There is a black part there that covers the wiper nut. Mine is missing and I can't find whether I can purchase that piece separate or I will need to purchase the entire wiper arm.
