2010 with 80,000 - realistically, what am I looking at for problems?

I am strongly considering getting a used Tahoe, 2010 or newer at $25,000 or less. That seems to put me at about 80,000 in miles.

Realistically, what kind of problems should I anticipate? I have been reading online that most people do not have any problems and all they do is change fluids regularly- oil, transmission, and anything else that can be maintained. Changing spark plugs gets done at around 80,000 to 100,000 too. Other than that, their Tahoes keep running fine, no problems.

Then I read the occasional horror story of someone who just spent a pile of money having some major engine repair done because something big broke.

I don't abuse my cars, I can turn a wrench but nothing exotic. I would love people's thoughts on what I should expect in terms of road-going maintenance. And I'm not talking about little things like paint rubbing off of an interior switch or something- I'm talking about engine and transmission problems, things like that.
Thank you for any thought and opinions.
