2008 Tahoe Z71 - Need Opinions please

I'm looking at buying a 2008 Tahoe Z71 that is in immaculate condition. It is a 1 owner with no kids. That catch is it has 194,000 miles - it does have a new motor put in recently. The motor has 50,000 miles on it. The vehcile is still very smooth and tight driving. Very clean carfax that backs all of this up and also shows break replacements and other service records.

Now I'm not a mechanic by any means nor do I perform any service work myself.

The question is should I take a chance on this vehcile? What other service work/mechanical things should I expect on a vehcile with this high mileage?

Too many miles for me. I've been looking for a while and I know it's hard to find these vehicles with low miles and a solid history. I lucked into an '07 LT2 with 55,500 owned by a local philanthropist who takes immaculate care of his vehicles. The only thing it needed was tires. Just picked it up yesterday, hence me joining this forum. I'd say keep looking.
