Hey guys, first time to post read a lot over the years.
I have a 2008 ltz 4x4, 200k miles. the engine started burning/using oil around 150k or less and my wife decided to not check it as of late. Heard a thud last night and truck wont start. hauled it in (im 500 miles away on work) and the shop says motor is blown, no oil on dipstick.
I am possibly looking for a donor motor and then trading off the truck for a 2015.
Question is: what are motors going for? What is it worth the way it sits?
