The tire monitoring sytem came on again and the remote keypad doesnt work (either set of keys). Are these two tied together some how? The tire has had a slow leak in it for a while and I just add air to it when the light comes on and now this happens. Any clues as to what the problem is? I got the tire fixed. If you press the relearn on either the tire or remote keypad system it does nothing, no honk or anything. 07 z71 5.3

Yes your RCDLR controls your locks and its part of your tire sensors.

You can either program your tires by the DIC or put the key on the "on and engine off" position and hit your lock and unlock buttons on your fob at the same time and your horn should honk. Then it will give another honk to let you know you are programming your tires.

Make sure your RCDLR module is working correctly at the dealer. Should be under warranty.
