2007 Tahoe police package upgrade

I have a 2007 Tahoe LTZ and also came across a 2009 Tahoe ex police car, and i can take whatever i want on the 2009 Ex police. Im thinking of
upgrading my brake system, can anyone tell me what i should take off of it ???
Also i was thinking of lowering my truck and putting stiffer suspension complete front and back, springs, shocks and all the other lowering components that come in the package. I may have an issue because i have 24'' rims in the summer so does anyone know if there will be issues on tire/rim clearance???? 295/40/24

I hope someone can give me guidence on these two issues...........

I have a 07 ppv package there isn't a lot of difference the suspension is upgraded and the computer is also different such as no speed limiter it depends on if your Tahoe and the ppv hoe is 4x4 or 2wd if there not the same not much is transferable from one to another

I plan on taking the entire brake system as i have difficulties stopping in the summer with my 24'' rims, so im hoping that will improve my stopping ability. as for the computer im not sure if that will do anything for me as my truck has 4 wheel drive option and its flex fuel.

Is there anything u reccommend i take off the ex police car?? i read the cooling system is upgraded as well.....

To be honest I have upgraded the brakes on my truck to cross drilled rotors and upgraded pads I noticed a big difference when I am getting off the hwy there isn't any brake fade and I don't warp rotors anymore and the rest of the braking system is the same as stock the only real difference is the rotors are thicker but the calipers are the same so you would be replacing your brakes with the same thing as for the cooling system I believe they just remove the mech. Fan and replace it with a pair of elec. ones but if your going to take them you will have to figure out how to make the turn off and on as needed
