2007 Tahoe... going from single CD/DVD (no nav) to 6-Disc Changer

Has anybody gone from the single CD/DVD (no nav) system to the 6-disc changer? We have no kids and the 6-disc is more of a fit for me.

Is there a way to have both the disc changer AND utilize the DVD?

That's the changer I'm looking at (just because it's stock). Clearly that one has no dvd though, which is fine because we wouldn't be using it now.

I just want to keep the dvd option available.

Is there an aftermarket changer that includes a dvd slot?

Hi!

Yes, I do have the rear dvd option, and am looking to replace the OEM radio.

I know the OEM 6-disc changer would disable the rear dvd (because the dvd player would be gone, though the overhead screen would still be there).

If I did use the OEM 6-disc changer, is there a way to wire something else up so I could use the overhead screen in the future? I don't want to lose the function completely.

Would the rear console controls still work, too?

Adding that I am open to aftermarket products that could accomplish this.

Okay umm well first of all do u have the premium Bose sound system or the Delco Sound system???
