I own a 2007 Tahoe LTZ Z71, the climate control sensor above my head on the drivers side was making a ticking noise, so I came to the forum for help. I read on a post that it was a quick replacement of an 8$ part. When I attempted to change the part I realized when I got it out the it was not the right part however, the fan on the sensor was full of dust I blew it out and it started to spin with no noise so I thought that might have fixed the issue. A few days later the heat would not blow hot air unless the temp was on 90......please help what next?

Welcome to the neighborhood!

That is odd, I would "guess" that it may have a loose connection in there somewhere, but I am not 100% on that. I am not REAL familiar with how those work so my help is just guess work at this point...

sorry I am not more help than that...
