Have a 2007 Tahoe with automatic climate controls. The front air works great for about 1 to 2 hours before air stops blowing out of any of the vents. We I turn the fan to high the blower is running at a high speed but still little to no air from the vents. The rear air works just fine without any problems. Can turn the A/C off for about 20 to 45 minutes and once I turn the A/C back on, it will work for another 1 hour or so before I have to repeat the process on long road trips.

I have already replaced the blower moter, blower resistor and cycling switch.

Any ideas on what's next?

It's the controller in the dash itself, need to replace it, I have the same problem with my 98 Tahoe. I replaced it 3 times with parts from trucks at the junkyard and the first two it crapped out within two days. I noticed something about the three different parts I had gotten, the first two had pricetag looking stickers with "OK" stamped on them on the side, now when I got the third I noticed it had a factory sticker on it with a few serial numbers, a barcode, and a manufactured date. The third one was the only one that worked of the three, I'm guessing the other two had been remanufactured or refurbished somehow at some point and they'd replaced the factory sticker with an "ok" sticker to show that they'd been fixed or whatnot. So be very careful replacing it with salvage yard parts or it'll cost more money in the long run. A new one online or at the dealership is the best way to go, online will definitely be cheaper by quite a bit, I think the difference in mine was $80 online and $130 at the dealer. Also check your actuator and make sure it's functioning and opening/closing the doors to the vents. Most likely it's the controller in the dash though. Hope this helps.

Any chance your temperature sensor thats mounted in the headliner above your head when sitting in driver seat making a buzzing and or humming noise if so you might want to start there if not your going to need to see if there's any DTCs stored in the HVAC control module that sounds like a temperature vent sensor or a ambient temperature sensor issue if they are sending lower then actual temperature signals to the HVAC module the module will then reduce fan speed thinking cabin temperature is at the set temperature you requested only your most likely going to need to take that to the dealer to have them pull the DTCs you may as well you already wasted enough money by guessing with unnecessary parts
