2007 calipers making creaking noise

Anyone have any ideas why my calipers would be making this awful creaking noise when slowing down. I can even hear it when I am fully stopped by depressing the brake pedal.

I've had the pads changed twice and this creaking noise started about two months after the last change.

Thanks in advance for looking at this thread and if youn have any ideas on what is going on.
