2006 Exhaust Manifold

I do a lot of driving and have put a lot of mileage on my truck. I am looking to make some adjustments that help with gas mileage consumption but also am looking to add some power. Everyone likes power so I cant hold back on that. I thought that one thing that might help would be to replace the exhaust manifold. There are other things that I am thinking about doing however I wanted to hear some opinions on the thought of the exhaust manifold and possibly even some suggestions on the brand or make or the manifold itself. I look forward to hearing from you guys.
