2005 Tahoe Joe Gibbs does not hold fuel pressure

2005 Tahoe Joe Gibbs loses fuel pressure used the fuel shutoff hose and it holds pressure from hose to injectors it is losing it from there to fuel pump this truck does not have a fuel regulator or fuel filter. I replaced fuel pump only. No leaks in hose . Any ideas? It is creating long crank times. I understand the fuel one way valve is in fuel tank assembly but I could only see fuel pump that I replaced and a fuel filter next to pump and I replaced that. problem still exsists.
