Does anyone know or has anyone installed a factory panasonic dvd from a 04+ Yukon, Tahoe, Suburban? links: (ebay1 ebay2)
I have my Denali with a dealer installed audiovox system with the dvd unit under the second row driver side seat.
I would really like to get the panasonic (cause it looks easer to use) if it will work.
OR would it be better to but an aftermarket system. If so, what would you recommend? (Headrest or overhead)

This is what I like in a system.

• Easy to use. My wife and kids need to be able to use the system without much or any explanation.
• Needs to have a light in it for the second row.
• I prefer widescreen.
• RCA Inputs for future use.

A few questions for those with the panasonic system.

1. How is the audio played in the truck? Headphones, FM modulation?
2. Is there a light in the DVD unit?

Thanks.

B.

i have the factory one, and no there is no light and sound is with the included wireless headphones. and it is hard wired in to the radio. i think that is going to be a problem for you as my radio has an RSE option where the sound is plugged in, no modulation here. :umn:
