Recently had the fuel pump replaced. Tahoe ran good ever since until I visited phx on a 114 degree day. Drove 3 hour trip into phx az and let some people run into bass pro while I idled In the parking lot after about 15 minutes the idle became very rough as if the car was going to stall. Got on the freeway and started to have fuel pump like symptoms power would be lost rpms would drop and no throttle response and then kick back in but not completely die out, first time this ever happen. Made it to my destination and vehicle sat til morning with no more issues until the second time about a month later.

The second time this happended was in phx az again getting ready to head home on a 3 hour drive when the wife ran into a store real quick I idled in the parking lot again fir about 10 minutes in 110 degrees. We left and began our 3 hour trip Home when about 10 minutes into it I started to get the same symptoms. I pulled into a gas station and waited about 10 minutes then continued my trip no more issues on the 3 hour trip home
