2003 Chevy Tahoe Driver door electrical issues

I've been experiencing an ongoing electrical issue in the Drivers door of my '03 Chevy Tahoe:

>keyless lock/unlock function not working on drivers door; all others ok
>power locks not working on drivers door; all others ok
>power window cluster not working from drivers door; all other doors operate ok
>power mirrors not working

Also:

There is no "telltale" chime when key is left in ignition
The radio "delay" function is not working; radio cuts out immediately when ignition is switched off.

Haven't had a chance to check fuses or relays yet, just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what they have tried.

Check the wiring loom that comes from the pillar on the dash side of door jam and crosses to the door. So much flexing and bending over time causes the wires to rub thru insulation and break.
