Hey all,
First post. My 2002 Tahoe makes an annoying and alarming whine noise from a cold start that will go away once it has warmed up. I can then turn it off and on as many times as I want and there is no noise. The noise has been there a long while, but it is now getting worse as it takes longer for it to go away. If I give it fuel from idle the whine/whistle will sometimes get louder until it stops but then when the RPM's go back down the noise will come back again.
