2002 tahoe idle problems

Howdy I am new here i joined because I have the a 2002 Tahoe. I am also a member over at gmt400 (I am r422b)

When it is cold my flex fuel 5.3 does not idle smoothly it stutters and the rpm bounces.
Also I have codes
P0174
P0171
P0440
P0449

I know that the 440 and 449 codes are evap related. I have replaced the evap vent solenoid with the only effect being that the 174 and 171 codes set

Oh and I forgot to mention It has low mileage only 261000.
