2001 Tahoe spark plug question

The number 3 spark plug in 4.8L V8 was installed incorrectly, it appears to be leaning at an angle of 2 or 3 degrees or so. I am afraid to remove it for replacement. My question is has anyone seen this before? Is there a possibility that the plug itself got bent during the install? I ask because it seems to me that it would require a great deal of force to drive the plug in at an angle and for it to function normally for 100,000 miles. The engine has 193,000 miles on it and still runs well, but I know that in the near future the plugs will need to be changed. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have included a photo of the plug, it leans down and toward the front.
