2001 Chevy Tahoe LS Check Engine Soon light

I'm not sure why this light comes on. I actually cleaned the throttle body recently and tighten up the battery cables. Power was restored and all was well for 2 months. I will check the gas caps in the morning. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

BTW: I have 63k miles and actually don't drive it too much because of gas

Perhaps dirty mass airflow sensor. Take it off of your intake tube and spray it with some CRC. That would be a preferable scenario.

Go to an auto parts store like Autozone and they will pull the Code from the computer for free. Then we'll have a lot better idea of what's wrong.

Thanks. I tried the gas cap thing today and the light remained on.
