Hello,

I am new tio the forum and I have a very quick question. I have a 2000 Tahoe and I was looking for a Running Boards and I went to the dealership and they do not sell them anymore. The question I have is:

I have seen Running Boards for the 07-08 model Tahoe. Would these stock running boards fit my Tahoe or will I need running boards fora Tahoe 00-05 model?

Thanks in advance

I don't know the answer for sure to this question, but I kind of doubt that they would just bolt up. I'm sure they could be modified in some way to make them fit, but even then, they most likely would look out of place. Your best bet is to probably try a wrecking yard or Ebay. They shouldn't be too hard to find.

Thanks for the Response.

I ended up going to another dealership and they said I could use running boards from 2000-2006 so I found some on ebay and will have them sometime next week. Does anyone know the bolt size to install the running boards?

I recently put a set of aftermarket boards on my "00" Yukon. They fit up real good, no complaints. I will say this, if your doing them yourself, remember the left and right side brackets are different.

Does anyone know the bolt size for the running boards to be bolted into the frame for a 00-06 tahoe?
