1999 5.7 to 5.3 swap

Looking for swap help. I dropped an 03 5.3L into my '99 2 door. Now i need help with the final steps for my harness!!

SOooo my harness is all broken down except for the tranny stuff. im not sure which wires to use for my tranny. I have installed an '02 5.3 into my '99 and bolted up to the the stock transmission.

Why not just buy a premaid Painless Harness? Why the swap? Just curious.....

Im not really trying to spens $850 on a harness honestly. Im almost done now. I go the info i needed for the transmission issue i had. Why the swap? I got a great deal on the engine and harness. Just bought some headers for it too! Thinking about a different LS intake also. I dont think there are any others around here with a 5.3! especially a 2 door!

Nice, keep us updated with lots of pictures and info, also some vids when it is running.... You gonna take it to the track when done?

There are several of these 'hoes around, I just havent heard too much in the end about them.....
