1995 tahoe starting problems

I have a 1995 tahoe that just started giving me issues in the last 24-48 hours. It will not start when it is park, but starts when you push the brake down and put it in neutral. I do not get the "pre-start" lights in park (ie- seatbelt, check eng., coolant, etc., etc.). Once I get those dash lights to light up, (in neutral only @ this time) it starts right up. I figured it has to be a issue with the Park/neutral switch, or a wiring issue. Any advice would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.

Does it do the same in Drive as in Park? Ohmed out the switch?
