1995 Tahoe Smoke on startup and acceleration

Just bought this truck and it smokes a lot (white) on startup and a little when accelerating from zero at a stop light (bluish tint I think). 180k miles on this 350 V8. Is this the intake manifold gasket that I hear troubles most Chevrolets from this era?
