15.4 overhead LCD

I just recently got a Savv/Specman 15.4 overhead lcd installed in my yukon/denali.
I am wondering if the screen is a bit too big now :confused2:
My wife thinks it will be bad for our kids eyes in the long run.
How big are the factory overhead lcds?
Also does anyone have experience with a 10'' that could give some feedback versus a 15.4?
any info would be appreciated

the stock ones are 8 inches, i personally would not like 15 inches because that would SERIOUSLY BLOCK ANY AND ALL rear view. the stock ones block preety bad, but thats just massive. Sounds like a cool system though.

My Denali had a 17" flip down and it definately blocked the rearview completely with it down. It was also heavy enought to make my headliner sag down but that's the price you pay with a big TV in the back. I'm going to look into the 15" range myself however for my new hoe

i dont like to sound of the headliner sag.

15.4 is too big IMO unless youre trying to get peoples (thieves) attention. Go with a 10 instead, that's what I run. I've sat in the 3rd row when we take trips and I can see the 10" just fine. Second row view is just perfect and a 15.4 would be too big. Having the right sound system to hear the movie/TV is the difference. IMO...
