08 HID flicker issue help???

Need a little help...I have searched this forums as well as others and cant not find a solution to my problem. I have just installed an HID kit on my 08 tahoe. Initially, I installed just the plug and play system and was left with flickering. So I then bought and installed the harness kit that runs off of the battery....still have flicking. After more research, I found threads saying to remove the 2 DRL fuses. I did this and still have flickering. Anyone have any other ideas for me to try? When I run the factory halogen bulb...There is no flicking. So my issue has to do somethign with the HID's.
Side note: This HID kit was off of my other vehicle and is only about a year old, so i know it works properly. Could this be an issue of the HID's need a resister added to them?

Did you get this resolved yet? Did you move or check your ground to make sure that its a solid ground? Shaky grounds can make a light flicker. Only ever seen these cars use a relay harness for them to work correctly. If that doesn't help, does your relay harness make a loud buzzing sound as if it was freaking out? If so then you will have to tap in a Capacitor in order for the relay to stay open as its not a enough power from the factory harness to keep it open.
