07 Yuk: OE Nav w/other disc

I have an 07 Yukon with the factory Nav & sound system. The OE Nav is nothing to write home about. This caused me to wonder[I get in so much trouble that way] will the OE Nav work with some other system disc, i.e. Tom Tom?
