07 tahoe turn signal

I bought a used 07 tahoe it's been great so far tell now. It start acting up a couple days ago it's only the right turn signal flasher that's acting up. I've check the bulbs there good I've actually replaced them to make sure. When using the right turn signal it starts flashing fast and some times it works normal I stated doing some research and looking around and found that the fuse block on the inside of the cab I think has something to do with the problem. I can wiggle it and it will work or if I pull it out of the dash it will work like either there's a loose wire or the fuse block is going bad. Anyone Elsa ever have this problem
